Celeste Fong was born and raised in Aiea, Hawaii. She is an alumna of St. Elizabeth Catholic School, class of 2007. She attended Aiea High School and then furthered her education at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, receiving her Bachelor of Education degree in Elementary Education in 2015. This is her 10th year teaching at St. Elizabeth Catholic School. Celeste is also involved in athletics with the Catholic School League as a volleyball and basketball referee and scorekeeper. Celeste is a parishioner at St. Elizabeth Church and is part of the Pastoral Council, Altar Serving, Eucharistic, Lector, and Baptism Ministries. During her free time, she likes to be active by playing basketball, volleyball, and golf, and participating in outdoor activities. Celeste is also a basketball and volleyball coach at Aiea High School. She loves to cook and bake yummy dishes and desserts, and she enjoys dancing the hula and Tahitian for her parish's halau.
