Lota David

Preschool Teacher

Mrs. Lota David was born and raised in the Philippines. She graduated from the Philippine Normal University with a degree Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood education. She taught as a kindergarten teacher at Mary Immaculate learning Center in Valenzuela, Philippines for two years and at Malabon Elementary School for three years. Mrs. David moved to Hawaii with her husband in 2005 and is currently raising their two children. She was certified by the Hawaii State Department of Human Services as an Early Childhood as Director/Teacher. She completed the PACE program (Professional and Career Education for Early Childhood) provided by the University of Hawaii. Mrs. David also earned certificates of training from HAEYC. She worked at Rosary Preschool, Waipio, Waipahu in 2011 as an assistant teacher for three years old for 3 years then became the lead teacher for 3 years. Mrs. David joined St. Elizabeth School Ohana in 2017. She is grateful for the work opportunity offered to her. This school year is her 7th year here at St. Elizabeth School as a preschool teacher. Her students love to call her aunty Lota. Mrs. David is
